Was looking for a cafe that's open on a Monday. Seems so difficult 'cause everywhere is close on Monday. But fortunately, Strangers' Reunion is open to chase those monday blues away. Order the ice chocolate which taste surprisingly good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Truffle fries were not bad and we also ordered poached eggs on english muffin with additional pork sausage. Overall taste was not bad.
After Strangers' Reunion we went over to Waffles Slayer which is just beside to try out the waffle. I was there once with my parents and the waffle was really good. But this time round, we ordered a red velvet buttermilk waffle to share, it didn't taste as good. It wasn't crispy and tasted salty. Was really disappointed with it.
